Another year is over.  2014 is in the past.  And the past is what helps us determine value in real estate.  Well at least the recent past anyway.  Check out this video telling what condos sold in 4th quarter of 2014 in the Tysons Corner McLean Zip code.  Data also includes 1st 7 days of 2015.

Real Estate is still selling, as you see homes sold in a variety of the Tysons Corner Condominium neighborhoods.

The Colonies had 8 homes sold during this time period.  There were 1, 2, and 3 bedroom style condos sold in this group.

No homes sold in the Encore Condominium in McLean during this time period.

Fountains at McLean had 4 homes sold during this period.  One was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom layouts, while the others were 1 bedroom 1 bathroom floor plans.

Gates of McLean had 6 homes sold in 4th quarter of 2014 to 1/7/15.  Four of those were 2 bedroom 2 bathroom style, while the other two were 1 bedroom 1 bathroom layouts.

Lillian Court saw 2 homes sell during this time period.  These condos were a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and also a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom floor plan.

McLean Chase had 2 condos sell during this time period.

McLean Hills had 1 condo sell during this time period.

McLean Place had 2 condos sell during this time period.  (Be aware that these are townhouse style condos)

One Park Crest, Tysons Corner’s newest luxury condo building, had 2 homes sell during this time period.

The Regency condo building had 2 homes sell during this time period.

The Rotonda was the condo building to experience the most sales during this time period.  This McLean condo building had 10 home sell.

The Westerlies saw 1 condo sold during this time period.  It was a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath style home.

So as you can see, Condos are still selling in the McLean Tysons Corner zip code 22102.
