In 2018 there were 32 homes sold in the Gates of McLean.

Of these Tysons Corner condos sold in 2018 at the Gates of McLean 18 of them were one bedroom one bathroom style homes.  These sold in a price range of $245,000 to $300,000.

During this same time period (2018), the Gates of McLean had 13 different two bedroom two bathroom style homes sell.  These two bedroom Tysons Corner condos sold for a price range of $363,000 to $435,000.

And the one other home sold in 2018 at the Gates of McLean was a three bedroom style property.  This property sold for $460,000.

It is a new year, and there is some available inventory for sale in the Gates of McLean.  At the time of this video there was 1 two bedroom two bathroom property available for sale.  That property was asking $425,000.  It is now under contract.  Making 2 properties in the Gates of McLean that are currently under contract.  The other is also a two bedroom, and was asking $420,000 at time of contract.
