Courthouse Station is located off of Gallows Road with a convenient and easy commute to Tysons Corner and the Dunn Loring metro. It is just minutes to I-495, I-66, a toll road and Route 7.
Recent Sales Update
Within the last three months, two of Courthouse Station’s fine townhomes have been sold. At the very end of December in 2016, a three bedroom, two full bath and 2 half bath was closed at a settlement price of $618,900. Originally listed at $614,900, this home was able to receive a contract in 21 days and was sold 28 days later.
In mid January, a three bedroom, three and a half bath was closed at $625,000. This home was originally listed at $639,500. It went under contract after 89 days of being on the market, and was able to close 33 days following.

Courthouse Station’s does not have any homes for sale at this time, however, there are two homes for rent.
