- There are two different one bedroom one bathroom properties for sale. They are 1524 Lincoln Way #404, which is asking $245,000, and has been on the market one day. And 1523 Lincoln Way #104, which is asking $255,000 and has been on the market seven days.
- There are two different two bedroom two bathroom style mclean condos, at the Fountains at McLean, for sale. The first is 1524 Lincoln Way #121, which is asking $365,000 and just came on the market today. And the second is 1527 Lincoln Way #102, which came on the market 12/19/18 and has been on the market for about 77 days.
There are also 4 properties under contract. Half of those are one bedroom style homes, and the other half are two bedroom style properties.
