There is also solid rental activity.  This is an excellent Tysons Corner location for people to rent.  It is super easy access to the toll road (route 267), the beltway and much more.  Plus Tysons Corner being such a big job center for our area – it makes it easy for these people to get to work.

I’ve also observed it as a location for many people to compromise.  Some examples would be couples where one works in Alexandria, and one works in Rockville.  Or a person who has relatives in Loudoun, but works in Crystal City.  This is a very central location as far as our DC Metro area and Northern Virginia area goes.
