Great Places Near Tysons Corner Spring Hill Rec Center
Tysons Corner has lots of great places from shopping, to restaurants, to business, and so much more. A great place to visit occasionally or regularly, that will benefit your health and happiness, is Spring Hill Recreation Center in McLean (Spring Hill Rec Center for short).
Spring Hill Rec Center is a Fairfax County Facility. It is literally a stones throw away from Tysons Corner. And some could argue that people who live at the Tysons Corner Condo communities One Parkcrest or Fountains at McLean could walk or bike there.
The Spring Hill Rec Center is located near the intersection of Spring Hill Road and Lewinsville Road. It is right across the street from Spring Hill Elementary School and also very close to the intersection of International/Lewinsville Rd and the Toll Road (Route 267).

Spring Hill Rec Center has a heated indoor pool that is 25 meters in length. There are men’s and women’s locker rooms with shower and sauna. There is a pre-school classroom. And also Racquetball and Walleyball courts for use by members on the lower level. The lower level also has a fitness center with FitLinxx circuit, dumbells, and other weight/resistance training equipment.
Outside Spring Hill Rec Center has a Baseball field, 2 combination football or soccer fields, and a playground or “tot lot.”

Monday through Thursday from the hours of 5am to 9:30pm
Friday 5am to 8pm
Saturday 8am to 6pm
Sunday 8am to 8pm
Pool hours are slightly different =
Monday through Thursday from the hours of 6:30am to 9:30pm
Friday 6:30am to 8pm
Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm
Spring Hill Rec Center is also an excellent place to have your children or people of all ages to take swim lessons. The swimming instructors are excellent, and they really care about helping people enjoy the water. In fact there may be opportunities to volunteer or work in this Tysons Corner area facility as a Swimming Instructor or Water Exercise Instructor.
