The Importance of Your Mindset

Come join us via Zoom this Thursday from 4:00pm-5:00pm as we’ll be having speaker Kevin Strum discuss the importance of your mindset.

Have you ever gone into a project thinking that it would be a failure and come out successfully.   When you participated in athletic endeavors, how successful were you when you thought that you were going to get embarrassed and crushed by your opponent.   When Tiger Woods was on a run as the greatest golfer of his generation do you think that he worried about the competition or the environment.    We cannot control the environment or what our competitors will do or often times what our own people can do.   Sometimes we will be dealt a difficult hand and have challenges to overcome.   If we look at these challenges through the lens of what is happening to us, we will tend to be victimized  and struggle to move forward.   If instead we approach it as the event is happening for us, we can be creative, innovate and move forward positively.   This presentation will hopefully point you in that direction.   You can’t always control what happens but you can always control your reaction to the events that happen.

You don’t want to miss it!
