In speaking with the General Manager Paul McGuinness, he informed us that Clydes restaurant has been established in the Washington DC area for over 50 years. Their first restuarant in Georgetown opened in 1963 and they recently celebrated their 50 year anniversary in August of 2013. Clydes Restaurant in Tysons was the 4th restaurant opened and has been in business for 34 years since 1980. Paul has a positive view of the future for Tysons Corner. He indicated that since the construction has been dissipating over the past few months it has made commuting easier and has made it much easier for people to commute to Clydes restaurant in Tysons Corner.
