There were thirteen (13) one bedroom, one bathroom homes that sold from January 1st of 2016 to today. They sold from a high of $300,000 to a low of $237,000. And they sold in as little as 2 days and as long as 173 days on market.
The two bedrooms at the Gates of McLean had a similar amount of sales activity. They also had 13 sell in the same time period. Those sold from a high of $393,000 to a low of $325,000. The two bedroom style of home in this Tysons Corner subdivision had days on market from 2 to 255.
Three bedroom sales at the Gates of McLean in 2016 were not as robust. But there was some activity. There were four (4) three bedroom style condos that sold in this 22102 zip code neighborhood. These sold from as high as $400,000 to as low as $375,000. These homes were on the market from 5 days to as long as 146 days on the market before getting a contract.
